个人简介
陈晨晨,经济学博士,电竞数据(全球南方发展与人权研究院)客座研究员。
研究领域
从事国际发展合作与全球治理研究,聚焦南南合作、中国发展融资配置及在地影响评估、“一带一路”可持续发展规则与标准的多边协同。融合历史长时段分析、国际比较与实证评估(含GIS空间分析),形成跨学科研究路径。
工作履历与学术兼职
具备联合国机构、高校智库与国家级对外传播平台的多元实践积淀。担任联合国开发计划署(UNDP)高级政策顾问(Senior Policy Advisor),作为UNDP执行团队第一作者完成全球治理旗舰报告;任职中国人民大学经济改革与发展研究院科研部副主任、重阳金融研究院研究员期间,参与组织1.5轨政策对话、赴美及南欧、非洲多国实地调研,起草政策简报与政策建议;担任人民日报社环球时报英文版(Global Times)评论部主任、社论起草人期间,围绕中国发展道路、对外关系与国际秩序变迁持续开展议题设置与研判。
长期参与国际发展与全球治理领域的高级别政策对话与学术研讨,曾赴40余国开展实地调研与对话交流。应邀作为发言嘉宾出席印度瑞辛纳对话(Raisina Dialogue)、新加坡香格里拉峰会、英国威尔顿庄园会议、欧洲对外关系委员会中欧论坛、印度海洋对话、越南南海国际会议等多边政策对话与国际学术会议,并于俄罗斯瓦尔代俱乐部(Valdai Discussion Club)、印度观察家基金会(Observer Research Foundation)等国际平台发表会议论文。架构、设计、执行联合国全球治理旗舰报告发布与高级别政策对话、参与构建中国与“一带一路”伙伴国家发展改革系统官员能力建设工作坊及可持续发展协同增效政策对话。
长期参与援外能力建设与国际人才培养。面向中国人民大学中法学院国际硕士生连续开设中国经济史、国际关系、全球治理英文课程;担任商务部“发展中国家商务官员研修培训”援外项目授课专家、国家法官学院援外授课专家、国防大学国际防务学院援外授课专家,面向“一带一路”沿线国家高级政务、经贸与防务官员开展援外培训。

Introduction
Dr. Chenchen Chen, holding a Ph.D. in Economics, serves as Non-Resident Research Fellow at the School of International Development and Cooperation, University of International Business and Economics.
Her research interests centers on international development cooperation and global governance, with a particular focus on South-South cooperation, the allocation and on-the-ground impact of China’s development finance, and the multilateral coordination of sustainable development rules and standards under the Belt and Road Initiative. Her work integrates long-term historical analysis, international comparison, and empirical assessment – including GIS-based spatial analysis – into an interdisciplinary research approach.
Dr. Chen brings a multi-institutional background spanning the United Nations system, think tanks, and national media. Serving as Senior Policy Advisor at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), she led, as first author of the UNDP executing team, the completion of the UNDP Global Governance Flagship Report. She has also served as Deputy Director of Research at the Institute of China’s Economic Reform and Development, and as Deputy Director of Macro Studies at the Chongyang Institute for Financial Studies, both at Renmin University of China, as well as Director of the Opinion Department and Editorial Writer at the national English newspaper Global Times .
She holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the School of Economics, Renmin University of China, and was a Visiting Fellow at the University of Oxford, United Kingdom. She completed Master’s Certificate Program in International Relations at The Johns Hopkins University–Nanjing University Center for Chinese and American Studies, and holds an M.A. Degree of Sociolinguistics and a B.A. Degree of Literature from Nanjing University.
International Policy Dialogues and Academic Exchange
Dr. Chen has been a long-standing participant in high-level policy dialogues and academic forums in international development and global governance, with field research and exchange across more than 40 countries. She has been invited as a speaker to major multilateral policy dialogues and international academic conferences across Asia and Europe.
International Capacity Building and Training
Dr. Chen has long been engaged in international capacity building and the cultivation of international talent. She has taught successive English-medium courses on Chinese economic history, international relations, and global governance to international master’s students at the Sino-French Institute, Renmin University of China since 2017. She has also provided seminars to senior government, trade, and defense officials from Belt and Road partner countries under capacity-building programs of the Ministry of Commerce, the National Judges College, and National Defense University.
